However, as a small business, we have specific policies regarding refunds and exchanges to maintain fairness and efficiency for all our customers.

2.refund policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. While we do not provide refunds, we are more than happy to assist you with exchanges for eligible items. We truly appreciate your understanding and support. 

 

Damages Due To Couriers

In the event your product is damaged due to the shipping courier, please contact us immediately at orderbetterthanyourx@gmail.com to evaluate the issue and please attach a photo. Customer service will contact you regarding the next steps.

3. exchange policy

We offer size exchanges only for t-shirts. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

 

Eligibility for Exchanges:

Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and original condition with tags attached.

 

Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us at orderbetterthanyourx@gmail.com to initiate the exchange, providing your order number and the desired size.
  2. Ship the item back to us at your expense.
  3. Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  4. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send the replacement size within 7-10 business days.

 

4. shipping for exchanges

Return Address: Returns should be sent to PO Box 4089 Strathfield South NSW 2136.

 

Shipping Costs: For all cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

5.important notes

Mugs, hats and aprons are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

 

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if the product is found to be used, altered, or not in its original condition.
